Our Story 💕 In Honor of Ollie
Hey! We’re Camryn & Charlie, the husband-and-wife duo behind Ollie’s Great Bakery. Our bakery is named after Camryn’s great-grandmother Ollie, who sparked his love for baking from a young age (pictured is Camryn, his sister, and Ollie baking pies).
Ollie taught Camryn how to bake everything from her famous Brownie Delights to her beloved banana bread. “On-The-Go Ollie” was always mixing up treats and passing down lessons, and those kitchen memories are treasures we’ll always carry.
Today, we’re proud to honor her legacy with every order we bake, spreading the same joy she brought to our family. From our oven to you: enjoy!
Works of Art & Love 🎨
Beyond recipes, everything we do is rooted in love and creativity. Charlie has been an artist since she was little, and today she brings that same creativity into every cake, cupcake, and cookie we make. From colorful buttercream florals to elegant chocolate drizzles, she transforms desserts into true works of art.
She’s also the one behind the camera and our social media magic, capturing the sweet moments that make Ollie’s feel so special.

We’re proud Tar Heels through and through! Camryn graduated from UNC as a Morehead-Cain Scholar in 2022, and Charlie followed in 2024. Chapel Hill will always be at the heart of our story.
Now, we love sharing a taste of home across North Carolina, delivering freshly baked happiness to students at UNC, Duke, NC State, Elon, and High Point. Plus, we host special pop-ups at other universities all over the state!
